Our mission is to reduce wait times for people waiting for emergency room, and make sure patients get the amount of care they need in the right amount of time. This will help the emergency department (ED) conserve resources and use them for higher acuity patients. For example, the average ED length of stay for discharged patients is about 2.5 hours.
